We also handle the litigation of contested probate matters, and contested divorces and post-divorce modifications and enforcement actions. These might include child custody, child support, visitation and relocation matters. We also specialize in issues related to permanent alimony, rehabilitative alimony, termination of alimony, and conversion of rehabilitative to permanent alimony matters.
We also love to handle adoptions, and are very happy to help children find permanent homes. We handle stepparent and relative adoptions, as well as private adoptions of newborns. We can help birthparents find the right adoptive family, help with the payment of reasonable and necessary medical and living expenses, and help to arrange counseling. We work hard to assure all parties to an adoption of a confidential, secure, and prompt finalization of the adoption placement.
